Personal Story

I became an advisor for one reason: the advice I wanted didn't exist.

The teacher's heart

I have always believed that education has the power to change the direction of a family's life. Before stepping into financial services, I spent years as a teacher and coach, helping young people build confidence, discipline, and belief in their future. In the classroom and on the field, I learned that people do not just need information. They need someone who can break things down clearly, meet them where they are, and help them take the next right step.

“Education has the power to change the direction of a family's life.”

A transition into advising

That same heart for education is what led me into the work I do today. Now, instead of teaching children in a classroom, I help adults and families understand how money works, prepare for the future, and make wise financial decisions with confidence. Many families are working hard, raising children, caring for aging parents, and planning for retirement, but still wonder if they are truly on the right track. My goal is to bring clarity, encouragement, and practical guidance to those conversations.

The fiduciary duty

As a fiduciary, I take seriously the responsibility to put my clients' best interests first. That means listening before recommending, educating before deciding, and helping families understand not just what they are doing, but why they are doing it. Whether we are talking about retirement planning, investments, insurance, debt, estate planning, or protecting your family's future, my desire is to help you make decisions that align with your goals, values, and season of life.

Faith & family values

My approach is also shaped by my Christian faith and the belief that we are called to be faithful stewards of our time, talents, resources, and relationships. Financial planning is not just about building wealth. It is about using wisdom, creating margin, protecting those we love, and leaving a meaningful legacy. As a husband, father, and former educator, my mission is to serve families with honesty, patience, and care so they can move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
